Mighty Mac Hamburgers in Mackinac Island

Poutine fries were delicious! Quarter pounder doesn't have the right bun to meat ratio, but that was my own fault..quick service and yummy.

Definitely go somewhere else! Even though the prices are a little cheaper it’s not worth it to eat here. The food was not very good but it was the service that was even worse. The guy taking orders didn’t give me the right things and then when I asked for them he MADE me run all the way to the back to get my receipt to prove I should’ve gotten a cup for soda. I was there already juggling my five children and he argued with me about the order I had just made - all over a freaking cup. I would never ever go back there. We spent almost $70 on food and he gave me a hard time over one cup that I had paid for. Also, the tables were disgusting and sticky.

Quaint little burger joint for those who want a quick bite to eat while shopping on the island.

Pretty good prices and free refills throughout the day if you keep your drink. They have paper straws, which is great for the environment but they get soggy eventually so you may want to grab an extra one while you're walking around the island.

We were looking for someplace to grab lunch for 4 for under $50, which can be a challenge on Mackinac. We found Mighty Mac and we weren't disappointed. The food was good, classic American burgers and fries, and it fit our budget. The best comparison I can think of is Five Guys, but I think I like Mighty Mac's fries more.

This place could have been so much better if they made everything fresh! I dont care if I have to wait longer if the food is fresh. It really was just a lukewarm cheeseburger and lukewarm fries, that seem like they would be good fresh. I'll stop repeating myself now but even mcdonalds makes their food fresh now. The restaurant itself was clean, well kept, stocked, and had a cool old school diner feel to it. The view from either side is great. It was a tad bit pricey for the quality but considering where it is I guess that is to be expected.

Wow! These burgers are amazing. The buns seem toasted, the patties are thin and bursting with flavor. The fries are the pefect balance of crunchy and salty. If you're looking for a quick burger and fries, don't pass this up!

It was nice to grab a quick bite without spending a ton. The fries were excellent and it was nice to have free refills on drinks. It was busy when we were there for lunch, so the tables were a little dirty and I grabbed the spray and rag sitting there to wipe off our table.

Nice burgers

Our burgers and fries were FANTASTIC! Hadntwo toddlers with us, who were tired of being cooped up in a stroller. We couldn't do a sit down restaurant, but ordered to go, which was very fast and efficient, and took kids to the park in front of the fort to eat and run and play! Food and service were fantastic! The prices were bad either! We will be back each trip!

Burgers are pretty good and so was the fruit. The staff was pretty friendly, but there are no restrooms there. Two out of four of us had to go so we just went across the street to Starbucks.

You can't get burgers better than this place in Mackinaw Island. I mean goodness gracious their meat is just the right amount of juice and smokiness (for its price) and the toppings to the meat are done where it's not too much but it's not too little.

This was a great place to eat! Great prices! It was refreshing to eat in a restaurant that didnt have a bar!

This place is the Best deal on the island. You can get a kid's basket with a burger, fries and a drink. They let you refill your drink as long as you keep your cup. They even accommodate gluten and dairy free. They gave me a grilled chicken breast on a bed of lettuce instead of a bun. No extra charge. I got fries and a drink for the regular basket price. Friendly, yummy and affordable.

People love this place. We were not impressed. Definitely a little cheaper than most restaurants on island but my husband ended up getting sick afterwards. Nice view from back of restaurant.

The food was pretty good. The staff behind the counter were very nice. The table we were at was sticky. They should have people come out and wipe down and dry the tables in between customers.

Quick, good and reasonable price!

The food here is not the best I've ever eaten, but I've had worse. You receive your food quickly and it's tasty. The burger I had could have been warmer, but I felt it was seasoned very well. You get plenty of fries and they are done well. The atmosphere is not a great one . The word "underwhelming " comes to mind. You will fill your belly, but not much else.

They made our order wrong the first time and it took a while... but once we got our food it was really good. The fries are amazing. The mighty mac burger with cheese was very filling and satisfying. Made with quality ingredients.

Great place for a quick lunch. Burger and grilled chicken cost $7 each which is very reasonable price comparing to all of the eateries on the island.

The hamburgers were great! Although they came very fast they were still good! The service was good also. I would definitely recommend this place! The tables could be cleaner but overall it was a great experience.

Eat here if your looking for a quick, over priced, bland meal. $70 for 4 ppl.

My burger was fantastic. It was not overpriced and they were very quick considering how busy it was. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and she also liked it a lot and she thought the bun was very good.

See that red building with the tealish sign?!? That the burger place. It was a great lunch experience (even with our 4 small kids)! If you sit in the back, there is a great view of the lake. Plus the kids got to watch the horses walking down on the docks. My husband said the bratwurst was one of the best he’s had. The fries and cheese dip were amazing too!

This was an okay experience. The burgers weren't the best in the universe, considering the fact they were done with my order in under 2 minutes. The burger was stuffed with grease, and oils. I do think they could do better with the food, and the service was decent. 3 stars in my opinion.

Good, simple burger place. Their poutine was good, but since it's fried, and apparently cooked in the same, hotter grease as the fries, the cheese had cooked out of some of them. Great burger, though, and they actually have a good veggie burger for my wife.

Burger and fry were just what I needed! The air conditioning was a life-saver! The drinks were crispy-fresh as well! I was suggested to go to Joanns for some dessert next door and had a scrumptious experience

Good food, served hot and quick.

I got the 1/2 pound double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The burger was perfect with just the right amount of toppings. I added extra mayo and ketchup on it. These were pretty thin patties which I liked because it made it much easier to eat and less messy. The fries were fried perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. They have malted vinegar available to douse your fries with.

Hands down one of the best bugers ive had! Super friendly staff, fast service. The guys in the kitchen had a pretty good system going to get the food out fast. The buns they use are so good, if the line hadn't have been so long i would have gotten 2 more to take back to my hotel with me. Top notch guys, dont change a thing!

I've only had fries, chili cheese fries and onion rings. They were good and the service was fast. The employees were friendly. Many people that I know going back for there burgers. The prices are fairly reasonable for the island.

Delicious food very reasonably priced. Dining room is also reasonably quiet and has windows looking out on the harbor. We'll definitely keep this place in mind next time we visit the island.

Stopped in for hot dog one night. Dogs were good and reasonably priced.
